VAT and duties are included at Checkout for shipments to the US. Orders shipped to rest of the world may be subject to duty fees and/or taxes that are not included in the price, check with your local customs to learn the specifics of your country. More questions? Shipping

We want every watch to reach you safely and with care. 

  • For orders over $200, we ship via FedEx or DHL (signature required on delivery, carrier chosen at our discretion).

  • For orders under $200, we use trusted postal airmail.

  • Shipping is always free. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. (For FedEx/DHL shipments, these charges are collected at checkout and conveniently paid through our account to ensure smooth and worry-free delivery.)

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. 

  • We gladly accept returns of brand new, unworn watches within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The import duty for delivery to the United States has already been paid to U.S. Customs. Therefore, we will be able to refund the value of the watch only; the import tax is non-refundable.
  • Simply contact us before sending your watch back—we’ll be happy to guide you through the return process step by step.

Insurance:

Aquaticowatch provides insurance coverage for every watch we ship out.
Please Note: You may asked to sign for the package upon delivery.


Refused Shipments:

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mistyped address, refusal to pay import duties when requested, or provided address that could not be delivered to)— are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping 

*We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Aquatico to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Aquatico, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Aquatico will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Aquatico to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Aquatico within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
