ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q: What are the payment methods accepted?

A: We accept payment through Paypal , Credit/Debit Card.

Q:Which currency are the prices listed in?

A:All our prices and listed in US dollars. To help customers approximate the USD values in their local currency, please use www.xe.com.

Q:What happens after I paid for my order?

A:An automated email will be sent to confirm your order, It usually takes a couple of hours for us to respond to your order. We seek your understanding that timings may differ due to time difference/ All AQUATICO  orders are usually shipped out within 2 working days. The tracking email will be sent to you once the parcel has been shipped.

Q:How are orders shipped?

A:Here at AQUATICO, we ship worldwide. We provide free shipping through local post or registered posts through DHL, FedEx, with an additional fee of USD30. For more information on the shipping rates please email info@aquaticowatch.com

Q:Can I amend my Online order?

A:We regret to inform you that amendments to a submitted order cannot be made. Please email us at info@aquaticowatch.com with your Order No. for assistance.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Q:How long will it take before you ship?

A:We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of
our stock.
All order Free shipping by SF express ,SF express transfer to local post office,
Delivery time to Asia(Hong Kong/Tai Wan/Singapore/Korea) 2-5 business days.
Delivery time to US 7+ business days
Delivery time to Europe 10+business days
Delivery time to Russia 10+ business days


Customers May choice DHL/FedEx cost $30,
FedEx/DHL pledges worldwide delivery within 5 business days.

Available stocks will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. (Orders placed on
weekends will be shipped on the following Monday).

However, holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we
reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order.



Q:How can I track my shipment?

A: When the order is shipped, Clients will first receive an E-mail specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped,
another E-mail with the tracking link will be sent, to allow the customer to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in
Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier.

Q:How long does it take to arrive?

A:It usually takes approximately four to fourteen working days to arrive at the destination depending on mode of shipping and
destination. Orders might be delayed during public holidays and festive seasons. Due to potential delays in your country's customs
process, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Q:Do you ship to PO BOX?

A:We’re currently not able to ship to PO BOX but we do recommend that you ship to a friend/relative instead.


Q:Will I be charged Customs and Import Charges?

A: All prices stated on our website excludes VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs fees.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the
recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import
duties vary widely from country to country. We strongly suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges
before your order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you have any return policy?

A: You may return any unworn, undamaged AQUATICO watch purchased online from Aquatico watch within 30 days from the date
you received it, for a full refund or exchange of product for another product, be it similar or not. For products of higher value,
customers simply have to cover the cost difference. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Any returning shipping and
PayPal transactional fees will also be borne by the customer.

The watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use. 

For returned items (within 30 days) that have been worn and used, all customers will pay a $15 restocking fee per item.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.

Straps and reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotion, sales etc) are considered Final Sales items’ excluding
pre-orders. Items under discount or sale are non-refundable, but exchangeable for store credit or exchange of the product for
another one, be it similar or not. For products of higher value, customers simply have to cover the cost difference.

Discounted items cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Q: How can I initiate a return or exchange?

A:To return and/or exchange an item , please contact us at info@aquaticowatch.com to schedule the return or exchange, we will
guide you through the process. 

Q:Will I receive a full refund if the item arrived damaged?

A: Should the item arrive damaged, we will refund or exchange it for you. For more information please contact us at
info@aquaticowatch.com . Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. 

Q: Can I return or exchange straps, accessories and sale items?

A: Straps and reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotion, sales etc) are considered Final Sales items’ excluding
pre-orders. Items under discount or sale are non-refundable, but exchangeable for store credit or exchange of the product for
another one, be it similar or not. For products of higher value, customers simply have to cover the cost difference.

Q:If I dislike an item and wants to initiate a return?

A:The watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use. For returned

WARRANTY

Q:What are your Warranty Terms and what does it cover?

A:All AQUATICO watches comes with a 1-year warranty on the internal movements of the watch but exclude parts that are subjected
to (external) wear. The latter includes but is not limited to, straps, scratches on case, lugs, cracked crystal, water damage due to
negligence (Crown not screwed down).

Q:What If I received a Defective watch?

A:If watch arrived in unsatisfactory condition and/or the movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal
use, we will repair/replace your watch and deliver it to you.

We would also require you to return your watch. Please contact us at info@aquaticowatch.com and we will walk you through the
process.

Q:What happens to parcels lost in transit?

A:In the event of a lost parcel, we will get in contact with the courier. Should it really be lost, we will send out a replacement.

Q:What happens if the parcel arrived damaged?

A:We do take utmost care in ensuring that our packages are well wrapped and kept dry. However, in the rare event that the watches
arrives in unsatisfactory conditions, do contact us at info@aquaticowatch.com, and we will replace the watch for you.

Q:How long will the repairs take?

A:The process of repairs and return of your watch takes about an estimated 4-6 weeks. The repairs may be delayed should there
be any other circumstances which might interfere and/or delay the repairs and the shipment.

Q:Are there any fees for Repairs?

A:A return shipping, handling and servicing fee of $25 will apply to all warranty services and will be borne by the customer.

Should the defect be deemed to be (external) wear, the customer will be subjected to the cost of the part (I.E Replacement Bezel,
Crystal, Case) on top of the $25 service fee.

Q:I purchased the watch through a third party, can I get warranty for the product?

A:Warranty does not cover straps and any watches not purchased directly from our website or authorized stockists.
